2010 National Representative Assembly (NRA)

All events related to the 2010 National Representative Assembly (NRA) meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza LaGuardia Airport Hotel and jointly sponsored by the St. Sarkis and St. Illuminators parishes. The Clergy meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2010. The NRA meeting will begin promptly at 11:00am on Thursday, May 13, 2010 and end at 4:00pm on Saturday, May 15, 2010.  All delegates should plan to participate for the entirety of the meeting.

The following is information that will be useful for you to have in preparation for the meeting.

Meeting Logistics

1. The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza LaGuardia Airport Hotel, 104‑04 Ditmars Boulevard, East Elmhurst, New York 11369, Phone:(718) 457-6300, Fax: (718) 899-9768, Toll Free: (800) 692-5429
2. Hotel rooms have been blocked at a rate of $109/night and will include breakfast.
3. All meetings and meals will be held at the hotel. As in the past, a meal plan will be optional.
4. The NRA banquet will be held on Friday, May 14, 2010 at the hotel.

Travel & Directions

1. BY AIR: Delegates traveling by air should plan to arrive at LaGuardia Airport. Free shuttle service is provided by the hotel.
2. BY CAR: on-site parking will be available to hotel guests for a fee of $5.00/day.

Arrival & Departure Times

1. Delegates, please plan to arrive at the hotel prior to 10:00AM on Thursday, May 13, 2010 to enable the meeting to begin promptly at 11:00AM.
2. Delegates, please plan to depart the meeting after 4:00PM on Saturday, May 15, 2010 to fully participate in the elections and closing church service following the election of Prelate.
