Recommendation: not to accept the proposal and we suggest to the Executive Council to look into this matter.

II. Proposed Amendment to Article 33 of the By-Laws submitted by Sts. Vartanantz Church of Providence

Recommendation: not to accept the proposal and we suggest to the Executive Council to review what could be done regarding this matter and look at the possibility of assembling a proxy-panel to make voting easy for disabled people.
