Archbishop Oshagan Choloyan Lectures
On Challenges of Bible Translation

The challenges and rewards of Bible translation were explained during a lecture presented by His Eminence Archbishop Oshagan Choloyan, Prelate of the Armenian Apostolic Church of America (Eastern U.S.). The lecture was sponsored by the Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society of New York and took place at the Armenian Center in Woodside, New York, on Friday, February 17. The audience fully appreciated the fresh perspectives offered by the Archbishop about the difficult and time consuming task of Bible translation, based on his own observations and experiences.
